Item 8

By signing this Agreement both parties warrant that they are currently licenced Real Estate Agents in accordance with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 Section 160 (1).


Clause 1.1

All communications (including offers and otherwise) with the Seller must be made through the Listing Agent.


Clause 1.2

This Agreement can only be terminated by:

(a)

instruction to do so from the Seller; or

(b)

agreement between the Listing Agent, Co-Agent and the Seller; or

(c)

termination (including expiry) of an PAMD 21a Appointment of Real Estate Agent between the Listing Agent and the Seller.


Clause 1.3

The Listing Agent warrants that they have full authority under their Appointment of Agent to enter into this Conjunction Agreement.


Clause 1.4

By signing this Agreement both parties warrant that they are currently licensed Real Estate Agents in accordance with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 Section 160 (1).


Clause 1.5

The Listing Agent or Co-Agent must not contravene the provisions of Section 144 and 145 of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 with respect to obtaining a beneficial interest.


Clause 1.6

The parties agree and confirm documents may be forwarded electronically to a person if that person has provided an email address or facsimile number, for delivery or service of documents, in the Item Schedule to this Agreement.
